Terms of Service

The service

TokReach operates a physical U.S. iPhone with a U.S. SIM card and a U.S. TikTok account on your behalf. A human operator manually posts the videos, captions, and schedule you provide. We do not use bots or automated posting software - ever. If we breach that commitment, affected subscribers will receive a pro-rated refund for the impacted period.

Your content

You are solely responsible for everything you submit for posting. By sending us content you confirm that you own or control all rights to it and that it complies with TikTok’s Community Guidelines and applicable law. We may decline to post content we reasonably believe violates these terms or platform rules; declined posts are not refunded.

Platform risk

TikTok controls its own platform. TokReach has no influence over TikTok’s decisions about account standing, content distribution, or algorithmic reach. You accept that:

• TikTok may restrict or remove any account at any time, including one we operate for you.
• Reach and engagement are never guaranteed. Algorithm changes are outside our control.
• Platform-related outcomes do not entitle you to a refund.

We minimize risk through native infrastructure and human-only posting. We cannot eliminate it.

Billing and cancellation

Subscriptions are billed weekly per account at the start of each cycle. Fees are non-refundable except as described in the service section above or where required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid week.

Prohibited content

You may not submit content that:

• Is illegal in the United States or your country of residence.
• Promotes violence, hate, or discrimination.
• Infringes third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Violates TikTok’s Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

Violations result in immediate account termination without refund.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. TokReach’s total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 30 days before the claim. We are not liable for lost reach, followers, revenue, or any indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may end the relationship at any time. We may suspend or terminate immediately for Terms violations or situations that create legal or platform risk. On termination, pending content will not be posted and stored data will be deleted within 30 days.

Changes

We may update these terms. Active subscribers will receive at least 14 days’ notice of material changes by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Questions? Email support@tokreach.com.
