Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we store your email address, IP address, browser identifier, and the URL that referred you to this page. We also record which form on the page you used and the time of submission.

We do not use tracking cookies, third-party analytics, or browser fingerprinting.

Why we collect it

• Email - to notify you when a spot opens.
• IP address - to detect duplicate or abusive submissions and understand geographic demand.
• Browser identifier and referrer - to understand which channels drive sign-ups so we can prioritize capacity accordingly.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for any marketing purpose.

Where it is stored

Waitlist data is stored in Upstash Redis, a cloud key-value store with encryption at rest and in transit. The application is hosted on Vercel. Both providers maintain their own security programs documented on their websites.

Retention and deletion

We keep your entry for as long as the waitlist is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@tokreach.com; we will remove your record within 7 days. Once you become a paying customer, a separate agreement governs that data.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email privacy@tokreach.com with the subject line “Privacy Request” and we will respond within 30 days.
